Kartikeya Gummakonda's 'Bedurulanka 2012', a dramedy starring 'DJ Tillu' fame Neha Sshetty as the heroine, has got a new release date. The film, based in a Godavari village, will arrive at the cinemas on August 25.
On Friday, the release date was announced with a poster. The makers said that laugh-out-loud moments are aplenty in the movie.
Director Clax and producer Ravindra Banerjee Muppaneni have worked with Ajay Ghosh, 'Auto' Ram Prasad, Srikanth Iyengar, Raj Kumar Basireddy, Goparaju Ramana and others. With music by Mani Sharma, the film is set in an "enigmatic world" where people believe that the world will come to an end on a particular day.
The film, whose glimpse video and teaser were released earlier this year, will have its trailer launch soon. The fights are by the Anji-Prithvi Raj duo. Viplav Nyshadam and Anusha Punjala are the film's editor and costume designer, respectively. Sai Prakash U and Sunny Kurapati are its cinematographers.
