'Chandramukhi 2', starring Raghav Lawrence and Kangana Ranaut as the lead pair, has locked its release date. Lyca Productions will be releasing it in theatres for Vinayaka Chavithi this September.
In a statement, producer Subhaskaran and director P Vasu said that the film is a sequel to 'Chandramukhi'. "The Rajinikanth-Jyothika starrer has had a special place in Indian cinema history. The sequel is a prestigious one," the producer said, adding that the film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.
MM Keeravani (music), RD Rajasekhar (cinematographer), Thotta Tharani (production designer), and Anthony (editor) are working on the movie. Vadivelu, Laxmi Menon, Mahima Nambiar, Radhika Sarath Kumar, Shrishti Dange, Subhiksha, Shatru, and others are part of the cast. The stunts are composed by Kamal Kannan, Ravi Varma, Stunt Siva, and Om Prakash.
