Tejus Kancherla of 'Hushaaru' fame is back with an entertainer titled 'Uruku Patela'. Days after its first song (titled 'Patnam Pilla') was unveiled, today its second song was launched by star heroine Sree Leela.
Titled 'Ori Mayaloda', the romantic duet unfolds from the perspective of the female lead, with her describing herself as a 'ladi pilla' who can't be contained. Spoorthi Jithender's free-flowing rendition and Srinivasa Mouli's lyrics are enjoyable. The melody, set to tune by Pravin Lakkaraju, feels calming in a film that otherwise seems to be a bit fast-paced. The staging and the expressions are impressive. Director Vivek Reddy displays his taste for soothing romance.
The cinematography is by Sunny Kurapati. Edited by Sasank Vupputuri, its art direction is by Vivek Annamalai. With dance choreography by Jithu Master, the fights have been done by Rabin Subbu. Producer Kancharla Bala Bhanu is glad to be making his debut with Lead Edge Pictures.
The release date of 'Uruku Patela' is September 13.
