In the glimpse video of 'Bachhala Malli', Allari Naresh is seen throwing a fit. He is against sermons that call upon humans to achieve equanimity. A drunkard to the core, he enjoys dashing into others with a devil-may-care attitude. He doesn't listen to others - like a self-obsessed loafer.
From the Glimpse, it appears that the film is relying heavily on the male lead's characterization. Usually, in our films where the focus is excessive on the male lead's antics and histrionics, anger and belligerence, the story is takes a beating.
The film is directed by Subbu of 'Solo Brathuke So Better'. The Sai Dharam Tej-starrer was so frustratingly underdeveloped that it was third-rate and juvenile. 'Bachhala Malli' is his most important film. If this one doesn't do well, it will be a huge loss for him.
Naresh is reeling under the failure of his previous film, 'Aa Okkati Adakku'.
