Ahead of Ram Charan's birthday, a new project was announced today by Mythri Movie Makers. Renowned director Sukumar is going to wield the megaphone. "Mighty forces reunite for an earth-shattering magnum opus," the makers said.
"Scheduled to commence production later this year, the untitled film aims for a grand release in the last quarter of 2025," a note from the team says. While this is the return of the 'Rangasthalam' duo, skepticism abounds.
It is next to impossible for the film to hit the cinemas in 2025. Sukumar is notorious for delays.
Moreover, the 'RRR' actor is busy on his part with Shankar's 'Game Changer' and RC16 (directed by Buchi Babu Sana). RC16 is most likely going to be released in the last quarter of 2025. At this rate, RC17 will be a late 2026 release, assuming Sukumar has no change in mind if 'Pushpa: The Rule' becomes a roaring success this August 15.
Rest assured, forget about the latest Sukumar-Charan project for the next one year at least. It might not commence its shoot this year.
