'Devara' has been shot at Modakondamma in Paderu, Alluri district. An important schedule has been ongoing. On Monday evening, a bee attack disrupted the shoot for the rest of the day.
A section of the media blew the incident out of proportion. An electronic channel claimed that almost twenty unit members were getting treated at a nearby hospital.
The air was cleared by someone in the know. Only two individuals sustained injuries, that too, only minor. The bee bites that others suffered from are basic in nature. It looks like even tourists and regular forest-dwellers don't complain about such incidents.
'Devara', directed by Koratala Siva, will grace the silver screens on October 10 this year. Produced by NTR Arts and Yuvasudha Arts, the first installment is expected to be released on more than 800 screens in India. The shoot of the second installment will take off in 2025.
