When 'Ka Mass Jathara' was announced, it looked like this would be yet another ritual-edifying song inspired by the recent spurt in religious imagery in our movies. The song, envisioned to entertain and engage by directors Sujith and Sandeep, keeps things pretty cool instead.
Choreographer Polaki Vijay lets Kiran Abbavaram and scores of dancers in the background have a blast in the backdrop of a temple festival. Sam CS's composition is sincere and electrifying. Sanapati Bharadwaj Patrudu is the song-writer. Diwakar and Abhishek AR have rendered it in company with the composer. If the song can remind the audience of the rural festival vigour, it will be a great value-add to 'KA'.
Also starring Thanvi Ram and Nayan Sarika as the female leads, KA's cinematography is by the Viswas Daniel-Sateesh Reddy Masam duo. Sree Varaprasad and Sudheer Macharla are its Editor and Production Designer, respectively. Phaniraja Kasturi is the VFX Supervisor. Real Satish, Ram Krishnan and Uyyala Shankar are the fight masters.
'The Sound Of KA Mass Jathara' will be followed by many more updates from the makers. Stay tuned!
