Showing the heroine like an angle in between the colorful flowers and fruits in the songs is director K Raghavendra Rao’s mark. Infact, this trend started in Hindi also 1980s through his films like ‘Himmatwala’, ‘Tofha’, ‘Justice Chowdary’, etc. Now the latest we hear is one of the Bollywood director’s is showing keen interest in presenting his heroine in one of the songs in this manner. He is none other than director Milan Luthria, who is filming ‘The Dirty Picture’ featuring Vidya Balan in the lead. Naseeruddin Shah is playing the super star role.
The shooting is presently taking place in Ramoji Film City where a remix number is being canned on Vidya Balan and Naseeruddin Shah. The song is a remix of the popular number from 1983’s ‘Himmatwala’. Since this film is based on the south Indian actress Silk Smitha, the director wanted to show the south Indian atmosphere on the screen. Hence he has made Vidya dance in the midst of tons of sweet lemons. So those who are missing Raghavendra Rao’s songs of late, will get to enjoy one in this film.
