Mani chooses Tulasi in place of Akshara

As mentioned in the past, romantic director Maniratnam is all set to create yet another youthful romantic flick in lines with ‘Roja’. This is going to be a bilingual film through which he is planning to introduce Karthik’s (yester year romantic hero) son Gautham and Radha’s 2nd daughter Tulasi. Earlier the name Akshara (Kamal Haasan’s younger daughter) was making rounds but the latest we hear is that Mani chose to cast Radha’s daughter in her place. We are aware that Radha’s elder daughter Kartika made her debut in films through Telugu film ‘Josh’ opposite Nagarjuna’s son Naga Chaitanya. Now the yester year heroine is planning to launch her younger daughter also in a bigger manner.
