The date for Ram Charan’s Bollywood debut film ‘Zanjeer’ has been confirmed as April 12th. The Hyderabad schedule has been completed recently and the unit is expected to return to the city to shoot few more scenes. Scenes involving
Ram Charan and
Priyanka Chopra were shot in the beautiful Pearl City. The movie is simultaneously being shot in Hindi and Telugu. Sher Khan is a pivotal role in this film. While Sanjay Dutt is essaying the role in Hindi the same will be reprised by Srihari in the Telugu version. Earlier Sonu Sood was considered for the Telugu version. However, he has now been replaced with
Srihari.
‘Zanjeer’ is the remake of 1973 Amitabh Bachchan’s classic. Apoorva Lakhia is directing as well as producing this film with story by Salim-Javed and screenplay by Suresh Nair. Devisri Prasad is rendering the music.
