For quite some time the rumours had it that Rajamouli is going to direct Balakrishna’s 100th film. The ace director, who’s fresh out of the success that ‘Eega’ has fetched him, is shocked with the false news about his next venture with Balakrishna. Putting an end to rumours, Rajamouli made it clear by tweeting on his twitter: "News about me doing Balakrishna garu's 100th film is false".
On many occasions SS Rajamouli said that his next film after ‘Eega’ would be with Prabhas although he did not reveal when it would begin. In many interviews he told that he came up with the idea of making ‘Eega’ during the short duration of 4-5 months gap before starting his next big project with Prabhas. But nevertheless his so called small ‘Eega’ took 2 long years to complete and became a very big hit. So right now the filmmaker is on cloud 9 and it may take some time for him to get back to his next project.
