Deepa Mehta’s ‘Midnight Children’ is all set to hit the silver screen on November 2nd. The film stars leading actors from south Shriya and Siddharth, along with Anupam Kher, Shabana Azmi, Seema Biswas, Soha Ali Khan, Rahul Bose, Samrat Chakrabarti, Sahana Goswami and others. As known to all, the film was premiered at Toronto International Film Festival in September this year. It’s the story of a nation’s history. This film is based on the novel ‘Midnight’s Children’ written by Salman Rushdie. Directed by Deepa Mehta, the film is jointly produced by David Hamilton, Steven Silver, Doug Mankoff, Neil Tabatznik and Andrew Spaulding. Giles Nuttgens is the cinematographer. 20th Century Fox and Fox Star Studios will jointly release ‘Midnight Children’ on November 2nd.
‘Midnight Children’ is Shriya Saran’s 2nd English film, the first being ‘The Other End of the Line’.
