Another hero from Mega family Sai Dharan Tej, is making his acting debut through YVS Chowdary’s ‘Rey’. Shooting has been completed and presently in post-production works. The film is set for January release as Sankranthi gift.
YVS Chowdary said, “In recent times, several love story films on class and fast good backdrop were made targeting the youth audience. However we are not able to see huge mass entertainers with youth love stories like ‘Devdas’ and ‘Desamuduru’. So ‘Rey’ will definitely fill that space. The first half of the story will progress on the backdrop of West Indies culture and the second half on American culture. Due to FDC limitations, we had to shoot major part of the film in Hyderabad and some part in America and West Indies. Sai Dharam Tej is sure to get the star status with his very first film. We are making this film with high production values as a wonderful entertainer. Sayami Kher is sure to attract the youth with her beautiful presence. No doubt, Shraddha Das’s character will be the highlight of the film. Similarl Naresh, Brahmanandam, Aali, M S Narayana, Jayaprakash Reddy, Tanikella Bharani, Venu Madhav, Raghu Babu and Hema have done fantastically in their respective roles to provide wholesome entertainment. All songs are situation bound and are likely to attract the audience.”
