A new film in the combination of Manchu Vishnu and Deva Katta will go on sets in November. The film will be produced by flourishing production house 24 frames factory owned by Manchu Vishnu and presented by collection king Dr. Manchu Mohan Babu. Manchu Vishnu will also play the lead role in the film apart from producing it. Director
