Popular actor Siddharth is barely seen in Tollywood these days. He has shifted base to Kollywood. He was doing a concept based film Shaitaan Ka Bachchan, and he got injured while performing a stunt.
The film shooting was going on in a mall in Chennai. Siddharth did a heavy stunt and twisted his ankle badly.
After administering first aid, Siddharth was back to shooting despite severe pain. Karthik G Krish is directing this film.
