Young and energetic hero Naga Shaurya’s upcoming film ‘Chalo’ is all set to hit screens on December 29. Usha Mulpuri and Shankara Prasad Mulpuri are jointly producing this film under Aira Creations banner. Rashmika Mandanna, who stolen the hearts of Kannada audience with her cute performance in Kannada Super hit film ‘Kirik Party’, is being introduced as heroine to the Telugu film industry through this film. Venky Kudumula, who worked at mesmerizing dialogue writer Trivikram in the direction department, is making his debut as director. Naga Shourya, who is riding high with back to back hits like ‘Oohalu Gusagusalade’, ‘Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya’, ‘Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki’, ‘Kalyana Vaibhogame’ and ‘Jyo Achyutananda’, is coming up with a love entertainer which is set in the college backdrop.
Announcing the news, producer Usha Mulpuri said, “We have finalised the title ‘Chalo’ to our Aira Creations’ Production No.1 film starring Naga Shaurya in the lead. First look poster which was recently has got tremendous response from audience and industry people as well. It has given us immense happiness. The film will be as good as the posters. We are all extremely confident on the film. The film is doing good business. Director Venky has presented the film in an entertaining way without missing the commerciality. Naga Shourya will sure impress all sects of audience with his performance. We are hoping ‘Chalo’ will stand out as the biggest commercial blockbuster in Naga Shaurya’s career. And that is why we are planning promotions in a unique way. The teaser will be launched on November 18. We have perfectly planned to release the film worldwide in a grand level in most of the theaters on December 29.”
Informing the news, director Venky Kudumula said, “With the blessings of director Trivikram garu, I have started my career as director. Naga Shourya’s acting. I am presenting him in a different style in ‘Chalo’. I am sure the film will take Naga Shaurya to the next level. It’s a college love story set in the backdrop of a town on the Andhra-Tamil Nadi border. The title ‘Chao’ has got very good response. Heroine Rashmika Mandanna has given wonderful performance. I am thankful to the produster. They are just like my family members. We are confident that the teaser of the film which is going to be released on November 28 will raise expectations on the film.”
