Speaking on the occasion, Naveen Polishetty said, "This is my third feature after 'Agent Sai Srinivas Athreya' and 'Chicchore'. I enjoyed a lot when Anudeep KV gave the narration. I feel lucky to have got to team up with Vyjayanthi Movies and Swapna Cinemas. They received man OTT offers but wanted to release it only in theatres. The 'Chitti' song has become a big hit. The teaser, too, has got a terrific response. The trailer will be released soon."
Director Nag Ashwin said, "I have watched Anudeep's short films. They are unique in terms of comedy. He met me during the making of 'Mahanati'. When he narrated the full-fledged comedy script, I enjoyed a lot. I haven't involved myself in the project. Priyanka and Swapna have been very supportive. I love the movies of Jandhyala, EVV and SV Krishna Reddy. They make us smile even today. 'Jathi Ratnalu' is going to leave you with a smile. I appreciate the actors of this movie. Comedy is not an easy genre."
