It was Mirnaa's dream to become an actress since childhood. The Tamil-Malayalam actress, who is passionate about playing well-rounded characters in meaningful movies, quit her IT job to pursue her childhood dream. And she is now making her Tollywood debut.
The beauty is thrilled to team up with actor Aadi Saikumar for an entertainer produced by KK Radha Mohan of Sri Satya Sai Arts. Helmed by Phani-Krishna, the project fulfils her long-time dream of acting in a Telugu movie. Talking about her experience of bagging the film, Mirnaa says that she couldn't say no to it after listening to the script.
"I am really glad that the makers considered me for the role," she says, revealing that the movie's producer enlisted her after watching her in the movies 'Kalavani Mappillai' and 'Big Brother'.
Despite being a first-time actor in Telugu, Mirnaa is making sure that she gets the Telugu lines right. In fact, she has decided to dub for her character in order to ensure authenticity.
"Learning a language instills confidence in a performer. Dubbing for one's own character brings to life the character in a better way," Mirnaa ponders. There was a time when she didn't know Tamil but is now fluent in the language. Likewise, Telugu is next on her list. The young actress is counting on a few Telugu friends to help her master the language.
