Dhanush's movie with filmmaker Venky Atluri was announced recently by producers S Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya. The project was launched with a formal puja in Hyderabad earlier today.
Titled 'Vaathi' in Tamil, the film is coming from Sithara Entertainments and Fortune 4 Cinemas. Sai Soujanya is the wife of Trivikram Srinivas, who attended the event as one of the guests. He gave the first clap. S Radhakrishna aka Chinababu, KL Narayana, ML Kumar Chowdary, Suresh Chukkapalli, Narra Srinivas and Pragati Printers MD Mahendra also attended the event.
Samyuktha Menon (heroine) was also seen. As per the story, Dhanush is a common man who attacks the education mafia. It seems the film is not a typical vigilante one but a novel story.
To be shot from January 5, its music is by GV Prakash. Sai Kumar, Tanikella Bharani and Narra Srinivas have key parts. Dinesh Krishnan and Avinash Kolla are its cinematographer and production designer, respectively.
