Dhanush’s Telugu-Tamil bilingual 'SIR' is directed by Venky Atluri. Days after its first song was released, the makers today announced its release date.
The film will head to theatres on February 17 next year. "A slight delay but the wait is worth it. With renewed spirit, we will be bringing #Vaathi #SIRMovie to the theaters on 17 Feb 2023 (sic)," Sithara Entertainments tweeted a while ago.
Two posters were released on the occasion, one each for the Telugu and Tamil versions.
Samyuktha Menon plays Dhanush's fangirling student in the movie. The film's music is composed by GV Prakash Kumar. The cinematography is by Dinesh Krishnan. Sai Kumar, Tanikella Bharani, Narra Srinivas and others are part of the cast. Pammi Sai, Hyper Aadhi, Shara, Aadukalma Naren and others will also be seen.
