It has been rumoured that Nithya Menen is all set to tie the knot with a well-known Mollywood actor. The 'Skylab' and 'Bheemla Nayak' damsel today categorically scoffed at the baseless gossip.
She has been quoted as saying by India Today that there is no iota of truth to the rumour about her supposed wedding.
Recently, she played a modernized Muslim woman in 'Modern Love: Hyderabad', the anthology currently streaming on Amazon Prime Video.
The 'Ala Modalaindi' actress has been in the news over her upcoming Malayalam film '19(1)(a)', which is scheduled to premiere on Disney+ Hotstar. The actress is also doing a film with 'SIR' and 'The Gray Man' actor Dhanush in a Tamil movie titled 'Thiruchitrambalam'. 'Aaraam Thirukalpana' is also among her upcoming movies.
In an interview ahead of the release of 'Bheemla Nayak' this year, Nithya said that she is not doing Telugu films often for a reason. "Since I am doing films in a lot of languages, there has been a gap in Telugu. Actors are not factories that can produce movies like machines. A true actor/filmmaker doesn't manufacture films. It's a creative process. As an actor, I need breathing space," Nithya said.
