Composer Anup Rubens, who is busy these days with a handful of films, is happy over the impressive response for his latest song 'Idhi Sneham'. The Friendship Song from Vishnu Manchu's 'Ginna' was released on July 24 and has clocked millions of views since then.
Anup's piano-playing set to Bhaskarabhatla's lovely lyrics has made the song the listener's latest favourite. The song has been played millions of times across music streaming apps.
Sung by Ariaana and Viviana, the daughters of Vishnu, the melody is feel-good and warm. Thanks to his skilled composition, their singing talent has been elevated.

It has been 18 years since Anup has been a music director. He began his journey in the early 2000s. After 'Jai' and 'Dhairyam' in the early years, Anup went on to do films like 'Prema Kavali'. In the 2010s, hits like 'Ishq', 'Lovely', 'Gundejhaari Gallanthayyinde', 'Poola Rangadu', 'Manam', 'Bheemavaram Bullodu', 'Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham', 'Temper', 'Gopala Gopala' and others came from him. Besides composing for the movies of Jr NTR and Pawan Kalyan, Anup has also composed tunes for seniors like Balakrishna ('Paisaa Vasool') and Nagarjuna ('Soggade Chinni Nayana' and the yet to be released 'Bangarraju').
In 2020-21, 'Neeli Neeli Aakasham' from '30 Rojullo Preminchadamela' clocked nearly 275 million views on YouTube. 'Laddunda' song from 'Bangarraju' is a hit this year. Recently, he also did Venkatesh's 'Drushyam 2', Rajasekhar's 'Sekhar', among others.
