'Maayon' is an upcoming movie starring Sibi Sathyaraj as the hero. Sibi is the son of senior character artist Sathyaraj, the 'Baahubali' Kattappa. The news is that the movie is hitting the cinemas on July 7.
Mamidala Srinivas of Movie Max has acquired the Telugu release rights of the movie. "'Maayon' has been made with high technical values. The story pertains to an ancient temple where secret research is undertaken. This mystery thriller is a grand one. 'God Vs Science' theme is what it explores," the producer added.
Actor Sibi said that the film is gripping throughout. "It's a visual wonder. The audience are surely going to love it," he added.
The CBFC has awarded the Tamil original with U certificate. "The celluloid wonder is going to be a winner. The cinematography is awesome. The hero has played an archaeologist named Arjun," the makers said.
Maestro Ilayaraaja has composed the music. The film is helmed by Kishore S, while the cinematography has been done by Ram Prasad. Tanya Ravichandran, Radha Ravi, KS Ravikumar, Hareesh Peradi, and Bagavathi Perumal have played different roles.
