'Pelli Choopulu' director Tharun Bhascker recently announced a movie titled 'Keedaa Cola'. To be released in 2023, the crime comedy is currently in the pre-production phase.
In a first, the 'Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi' director is holding a script-reading session for a test audience. Usually, script-reading sessions, if at all they are held, involve only the film's cast. What Tharun has done this time may be the first time a well-known filmmaker has attempted in Tollywood's history.
Taking to Twitter, the filmmaker said, "Screenplay reading for #keedaacola with a test audience. It was the most fun I have had and such laughter! I know this will translate into the funniest film we have made, we know laughter will explode in the theatre."
Tharun held the session to gauge the audience's reactions to some of the scenes in the movie.
