Andhra Pradesh Cinematography Minister Perni Nani today stated that SS Rajamouli has submitted the details of the budget of 'Roudram Ranam Rudhiram'. The Minister today said that Rs 336 Cr (excluding remunerations paid to actors and director) is the stated budget of the movie.
"The details have been sent to the concerned departments. They are reviewing the claims made by the makers of 'RRR'. If they are satisfied with the claims made, a suitable hike in cinema ticket prices will be allowed for the first 10 days," Nani said.
The file will eventually be examined by Chief Minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy, who is the final authority, going by the words of Nani.
Nani once again confirmed that cinema ticket prices will be decided on a case-by-case basis after duly studying the budget spent by the producer. Only movies whose budget (excluding remunerations) crosses the Rs 100-mark will get the benefit of a ticket price hike.
