In 'Swathi Muthyam', Bellamkonda Ganesh's character was trapped by a failed surrogacy deal. In his next film, titled 'Nenu Student Sir!', his character is in a bigger morass: he has been trapped by the system. Can he wriggle himself out of it?
The film's teaser was released today. "Strong, Stubborn & Sheer Will (sic)," the makers wrote, releasing the teaser at the hands of VV Vinayak.
Writer-director Rakhi Uppalapati has cast Ganesh in a vulnerable role. A middle-class youth, he buys the latest iPhone model but soon loses it. He walks into a police station and complains that it's the police themselves who stole it. Sunil's character alerts him that he may have fallen into a trap.
Also starring Samuthirakani, the film's story has been written by Krishna Chaitanya. Producer Satish Varma of 'Naandhi' fame is bankrolling the late 2022 release.
Srikanth Iyengar, comedian 'Auto' Ramprasad, Charandeep and others have different roles.
