UV Creations today unveiled the trailer for 'Miss Shetty, Mr Polishetty', which stars Naveen Polishetty and Anushka Shetty in leading roles. The rom-com will head to the theatres on September 7.
Speaking at the trailer launch event today, the 'Jathi Ratnalu' actor said that the film delves into human relationships and conveys its point in an entertaining way. "Director Mahesh Babu P, I and Anushka have been waiting for this moment for the past two years. These days, the audience are showering immense love on novel stories. When Mahesh narrated the script, I felt that this is the kind of subject that our audience will surely warm up to. When the director told me Anushka would be the female lead, I somehow managed to hide my excitement but, on the inside, I was elated. The story runs on our chemistry," Naveen said.
The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. "A lot of us who have worked on this movie have done only this movie for the past two years. We didn't undertake any other project. The treatment and the screenplay are refreshing in this clean, modern comedy. Our movie is coming out on Krishnashtami. Lord Krishna spreads bliss everywhere. Our film, I hope, spreads bliss to you and your family," Naveen added.
With music by Radhan and cinematography by Nirav Shah, the film is edited by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. Jayasudha, Nasser, Murali Sharma, Tulasi, Abhinav Gomatam and Sonia Deepti are doing different roles.
