Director Sekhar Kammula's film with the versatile Dhanush will go on the floors soon. Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd recently roped in Rashmika Mandanna for the female lead's role.
The news is that Akkineni Nagarjuna will be playing a special role in the movie. The makers today delivered the update marking the birthday of the 'Bangarraju' and 'Manmadhudu' actor.
So far, the creators have maintained silence on the nature of the role that Nag will be playing in the Kammula directorial. This is Nag's first outing with the 'Fidaa' and 'Love Story' maker.
This one is Dhanush's 51st movie and is produced by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao. It will hit the cinemas probably in the second half of next year.
Nag is also doing a film titled 'Naa Saami Ranga'. He will be spending the rest of this year on that film, directed by newcomer Vijay Binni. The rural action entertainer is going to be ready for a theatrical release for Sankranthi next year (2024).
