The title song from 'Kushi' was released today. Director Shiva Nirvana's lyrics, Hesham Abdul Wahab's composition and rendition, and Brindha Master's choreography are ably uplifted by the beautiful screen presence of the Vijay Deverakonda-Samantha Ruth Prabhu duo.
We see that the 'Ninnu Kori' director has tried to infuse the song with cross-cultural influences. From the Sufi dance to European-style backdrops, the execution is picture-perfect. Credit also goes to production designer Jayashree Lakshminarayanan and the cinematographer.
As of yesterday, the film's first song, 'Naa Roja Nuvve', amassed a smashing 100 million views.
The film, which is slated to hit the cinemas on September 1, co-stars Jayaram, Sachin Khedekar, Murali Sharma, Lakshmi, Ali, Sharanya Pon Vannan and others.
