The trailer for 'Anni Manchi Sakunamule' was released on Friday digitally by Jr NTR. Unveiling the trailer, Tarak wished his dear friend Swapna Dutt (one of the producers of the family drama) all the best. "She pours her heart into making new and creative stories. Priyanka Dutt and Nandini Garu (director) for bringing this refreshing story to life (sic)," wrote the 'RRR' actor.
Santosh Soban and Malvika Nair headline this family drama helmed by Nandini Reddy. The trailer gives a hint that the tension between the lead pair's families takes the form of legal recourse. The love affair between the lead pair goes through friction owing to the ensuing complications.
Also starring Rajendra Prasad, Rao Ramesh, VK Naresh, Gauthami, Sowcar Janaki, Vasuki (as the male lead's sister), Vennela Kishore (seen in today's release 'Custody' in a clownish role), Ramya Subramanian, Anju Alva Naik, Urvasi and others, the film will be released in theatres on May 18.
Swapna Cinema has roped in Sunny Kurapati to crank the camera and Mickey J Meyer to compose music. Its dialogues and screenplay are by Lakshmi Bhupala and Dawood, respectively.
