Raghava Lawrence and SJ Suryah are doing the multi-lingual release 'Jigarthanda Double X' currently. The news is that the film will be released in theaters for Diwali.
Plans are afoot to release the action thriller in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi in a big way.
The film is directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The talented Kollywood director described the movie as an ambitious one.
This one needs to work for Lawrence. His Summer release 'Rudhran' ('Rudhrudu') was poor and stale content-wise. The Telugu version bombed at the box office alongside Samantha's 'Shaakuntalam'. SJ Suryah too needs a theatrical hit in Telugu.
