The film stars Prabhas in the lead. Director Nag Ashwin recently revealed that the plot of 'Kalki 2898 AD' has been written to resemble a character from Amar Chithra Katha fighting someone from 'X-Men'. For the unversed, ACK is a mythological comic book.

With music by Santhosh Narayanan, the mythological epic sci-fi will be released on more than 7000 screens in India on June 27. The release will be in multiple languages.
