Paulred Media Entertainments’ cartoon series ‘Soori Poori’ is set to open in Pogo channel on August 12th. On this occasion the creator of the cartoon series Paalem Srikanth Reddy organised a press meet to brief the details.
According to him the project ‘Soori Poori’ began two years ago. He said, “Many children related programmes are being telecast in TV channels but they are all related to foreign characters. Therefore we established our own production house and created few characters with Indian names. We even did lot of research for this project. The film showcases the moral values along with the comedy done by the funny super heroes. We have associated with Tonner Corporation for this programme for telecasting it in the Pogo channel. ‘Soori Poori’ will begin in Pogo from 12th August everyday at 5.30 PM. Apart from India, this cartoon programme will be telecast in 7 more countries. This cartoon will not only entertain the kids but also will attract the elders. We are very happy to note that this children’s comedy show which was created in Andhra Pradesh is being telecast in international level. We are planning for many more programmes in similar lines in the near future.”
