Raghava Lawrence in dual role and Lakshmi Rai as heroine, Raghava Lawrence directed the film ‘Kanchana’ under Sri Sai Ganesh Productions banner. Producer Bellamkonda Suresh released the film a few days ago and the film is said to be getting very good response from the audience.
After watching the film ‘Kanchana’, Krishnam Raju spoke about the film to the media. He said, “We watch a film thinking that it is classical film or experiment film. But it is not an easy task to commercialize a film by giving two messages in one film. However it is possible only for Lawrence. I’m telling this by observing him as an actor and a producer.”
Further speaking he said, “Every frame in the movie is thrilling. The audience would feel as if the film has come to an end in an hour because it has made me forget that I was sitting in the theater for 2.45 minutes. The screenplay and editing has led the film from start to end thoroughly. The director’s talent is wonderful. ‘Kanchana’ has a good message about the disabled people. It is not correct to figure out the incapability of the handicapped people. As per my personal experience, I feel that one can support them to the maximum possibility because I faced one such incident during the time I was in politics. The second half of ‘Kanchana’ is completely thrilling especially a few sequences. Lawrence’s performance is absolutely amazing. This movie can be watched with family members.”
Krishnamraju concluded saying, “I’m presently acting in the film titled ‘Rebel’ as father to Prabhas. This apart, a few scripts are ready for our own banner. I am also doing 2-3 films for other banners too. Will let you know the details very soon.”
