Soon after the critically acclaimed film ‘Prasthanam’,
Deva Katta has planned the film ‘Autonagar Surya’. The story is on the backdrop of rowdism in Vijayawada in which Naga Chaitanya is going to play the male lead. Interestingly RGV’s ‘Bejawada Rowdeelu’ is also on similar backdrop, again with
Naga Chaitanya as hero.
While the script work is still going on for this film, the latest reports say the makers have roped in Nithya Menon (‘Ala Modalaindi’ fame) to do the female lead role. The movie is going to be produced by K Atchi Reddy under Macs India Productions (P) Ltd., and will be launched very soon.
