The shooting of Nikhil’s latest flick ‘Disco’ has been completed and the unit is presently busy with post production works. The film took shape under the direction of Puri Jagannadh’s student Hari K Chanduri. K Abhinav Reddy is producing the movie under Style Entertainment banner.
Producer Abhinav Reddy said, “Disco will be a two hour non-stop entertainer. After ‘Yuvatha’ and ‘Veedu Theda’, Nikhil is sure to get yet another hit with our film in which he is portraying aptly suitable role for his age and body language. ‘Disco’ will also be the big film among all Nikhil’s films, be it in casting or in budget. Having come from the school of Puri Jagannadh, director Hari K Chanduri has his guru’s influence in his style of filmmaking. While Puri garu thought how to do fastest filmmaking through ‘Businessman’, our director did it through ‘Disco’. As per the story, the film is on backdrop of Bangkok and Hyderabad. We had a 20 days schedule in Bangkok where half of talkie and a song on hero, his friends and Russian girls were shot. One song was shot at Munnar in Kerala and the remaining two songs were canned in the huge sets in Hyderabad. The major highlight of the film is the introduction song that starts off ‘Lataku….Mataku..’ which is sure to gain the craze. This apart, the story, dialogues, songs, settings, taking, making, casting and many other aspects of the ‘Disco’ will entertain the audience. We are planning to release the audio soon.”
