Hanu Creations banner is coming up with a film titled ‘Maitri’ starring Navdeep and Sada. Surya Raju is being introduced as director through this movie. The entire shooting part is completed except for 3 songs. According to director Surya Raju, ‘Maitri’ film was launched in Annapurna Studios and was filmed non-stop. Out of 5 songs we have so far canned 2 songs. 3 songs are remaining for shooting. So we will be shooting 2 songs in Hampi and 1 in Chennai from July 20th to 30th.” Speaking further he said, “The story of ‘Maitri’ revolves around a guy and a girl who meets each other exactly during the time they plan to settle in life. Their friendship later turns into love due to some thrilling incidents. What happens after that is all about the film.”
Co-producer Kumar Raja said, “Maitri is quite contrast to the ones that are being released of late. The film is progressing with editing work and we are yet to shoot 3 songs. Sada gave a wonderful performance and so as Navdeep. Brahmanandam gave life for a wonderful character. We are planning to release the audio in July last week.”
