Bhaskar Movies’ ‘Thummeda’ has successfully completed its censor formality and awaits its release. Starring Raja, Varsha Pandey, Vijaydharan and Akshaya as two lead pairs, the film is directed by a Maths lecturer turned director K Narayana with Naresh Adapa, Sarayu Chittala and Adapa Kondala Rao as producers.
One of the producers said, “If the film ‘Anand’ with a tagline ‘Manchi Coffee Lanti Cinema’ earned good image for hero Raja and won the people’s heart, our film ‘Thummeda’ with a tagline ‘Amma Chethi Vanta Laanti Kammanaina Prema Katha Chitram’ is going to attract the audience with wholesome entertainment. This film is sure to take Raja to next level after ‘Anand’. The recently released audio got excellent response. We have completed the censor formality and release the film in this month only.”
Hero Raja said, Director K Narayana’s style of filmmaking reflected Sekhar Kammula’s style. ‘Thummeda’ will definitely earn me a good image on par with ‘Anand’. This is really like ‘Amma Chethi Vanta Laanti Kammanaina Prema Katha Chitram’.”
Director K Narayana said, “We are very confident that ‘Thummeda’ will not only attract audience who like movies with regular formula movies but also to those who thirst for good story and screenplay. We have recently completed the censor formality. The appreciation received from the censor board members has further boosted our confidence level. We are making efforts to release the film in this month only.”
