‘Something Something’ starring Siddharth, Hansika and Brahmanandam, directed by Sundar C and produced by B Subrahmaniam and Suresh was released on June 14th and running in theaters with success talk. On this occasion a success meet was held on Monday at the production office.
Producer B Subrahmaniam said, We have delivered several dubbed films on our banner earlier and tasted success. However, the real success and great identification is to make a straight film hit. This is a must watch film for all. It has proved that films with complete entertainment will never fail. Many phone calls say that this is Siddharth’s best film in his career. We are happy to note that Siddharth got a hit through a film on our banner. We are happy that Sundar C, who directed over 20 films in Tamil has made his debut in Telugu through our banner and got a hit. I wish him to do many more films in the near future. Brahmanandam is one of the heroes in this film. The film will make the audience spill laughs from start to end. I’m sure the audience will make the film a super hit. Visuals of the songs are more attractive than the audio. Director carved the film without compromising on anything. We took great risk in shooting two songs in Japan. There is tremendous response for them too. Siddharth has following among the youth and family audiences. And this film has earned him the comedy audiences too. There is huge response at overseas as well. The movie is doing great in Tamil and Kannada also. We released the film after the heavy promotion. ‘Something Something’ is a cute film with healthy comedy without any vulgarity. Response is fabulous in all its released centers.”
