South superstar Rajinikanth is playing the lead role in the most-awaited movie ‘Lingaa’. Beauty queens Anushka Shetty and Sonakshi Sinha are playing female lead roles opposite Rajinikanth. Prominent director KS Ravikumar is directing the film. Rockline Venkatesh, who is on a high as a crazy producer in Telugu film industry with his recent super hit movie ‘Power’, is producing this huge budget entertainer under Rockline entertainments banner with Munirathna as presenter. Audience expectations are very high on this south Indian huge budget entertainer. Music is being composed by India’s most prominent and prolific film composer A. R. Rahman, while cinematography is being headed by R. Rathnavelu. The best technicians of India are working for the film. The film’s first look itself created records and the audio of the film will be launched in 2nd week of November. And the film unit is planning to release the film on the birthday of Rajinikanth.

The shoot of the film is almost completed and we are releasing the audio composed by AR Rahman in the second week of November. And we have decided to release the film on the birthday of Rajinikanth.”
