First look launch of Manchu Manoj and Regina starrer ‘Shourya’ was held on Thursday i.e. on November 19 in Hyderabad. Shivakumar Malkapuram is producing the film on Suraksh Entertainments India banner with Baby Trisha as presenter and Dasarath as director. Parliament member VB Patil, Manoj, Regina, Dasarath, Malkapuram Shivakumar, Nagineedu, Saudha, Roopa, Chandrakanth, cinematographer Malhar Bhatt Joshi and some others have attended the event. Parliament member VB Patil launched the first look and wished all the best to the team.
Manoj said, “I’m playing software engineer role in ‘Shouryam’. So far I did all mass roles. Dasarath means we always expect class films. Now, we are bringing a different film in our combination. It’s a love thriller subject which goes on in a fast-pace. We got excellent music. Producer has made the film lavishly. Sudha garu, who played my mother in yesteryear ‘Major Chandrakanth’, has played my aunt in this film. Regina is a wonderful co-star. The film is coming out wonderfully.”
On this occasion, producer Makapuram Shivakumar said, “’Shourya’ is being made as second film on our banner after ‘Surya Vs Surya’. All artists and technicians including Manoj and Regina have supported me a lot. We are making the film without compromising in any aspect. We are very confident that ‘Shourya’ will earn good name and profits to our banner. According to the story, ‘Shourya’ is a good film. We are planning to release the film in January.”
Speaking at the event, director Dasarath said, “75% of the film has been completed. It’s a thriller love story. At present final schedule is going on. The shooting will complete by December 6. Post-production works are also going on simultaneously. First copy will be ready by December 31.”
Regina said, “I played a very nice role in ‘Shourya’. It’s a different concept film. Thanks to everyone who supported me.”
Rakash Raj, Brahmanandam, Shayaji Shinde, Subbaraju, Nagineedu, Sravan, Banerjee, GV, Prabhas Srinu, Shakalaka Shankar, Satya Prakash, Surya, Sivareddy, Sudha, Madhumani, Hema, Sandhya Janak, Chandra Kanth and Roopa and some others are playing important roles the film.
