We all know that Pooja Gandhi and Raghu Mukherjee starrer ‘Dandupayam’, which was made under Venkat Movies banner, has created sensation. ‘Dandupalyam 2’ is being made as the sequel to ‘Dandupalyam’ which was a hundred days film in Telugu and Kannada. It has completed 70% shooting.
On this occasion, director Srinivas Raju said, “In this ‘Dandupalyam 2’ we are showcasing a real crime incident. The film will be very close to the reality. We are not giving any message through this film. The film which is being made with an interesting topic, will impress everyone.”
“Pooja Gandhi and Raghu Mukherjee starrer ‘Dandupayam’, which was released in 2012 was a huge hit and ran hundred days both in Telugu and Kannada. Now the sequel is being made in Telugu and Kannada languages simultaneously. We have wrapped up 70% shooting in 40 days and the final schedule will commence soon,” said producer Venkat.
