It’s not a simple thing to deliver consecutive hits. So far, Suresh Kondeti has many films such as ‘Premisthe’, ‘Shopping Mall’, ‘Journey’ and ‘Pizza’ and some others and ‘Shambo Shankara’ recently and all became big success as feel good entertainers and earned good image to him. Now, he is gearing up to bring another film titled ‘Janatha Hotel’ to the Telugu audience. It is the super hit Malayalam film ‘Ustad Hotel’.
Censor formalities related to the film have been completed and the makers are planning to bring the film to audience in this month. The film stars Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menon in the lead roles, directed by Anwar Rasheed. The film has won critical acclaims also.

It has won three national awards such as Best Popular Movie, Best Dialogues and special award for actor Thilakan. It also received good collections and stood as good commercial film. The story of the film is laced with love, sentiment and the differences between rich and poor. It is being brought to Telugu audience as 'Janatha Hotel'. Sahithi has provided dialogues for this film. Gopi Sunder’s music will stand out as special attraction to the film.”
