It's known that Allari Naresh will be seen in 'Naandhi', a raw film in which the comedy actor plays a serious role. Before the industry lockdown was imposed in March, the film's shooting was completed to the tune of 80%. And director Vijay Kanakamedala and producer Satish Vegesna recently resumed the shoot of the film at Hyderabad's Aluminium Factory.
After a couple of days of shoot, the production works came to a halt due to heavy rains. However, some folks on social media twisted it and claimed that 'Naandhi' was stalled because members of the film's unit contracted coronavirus on the set.
Condemning the rumour, Satish Vegesna said, "There is no truth in the rumours. Rains have spoiled the schedule and there is no angle of COVID-19.
The film stars Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Praveen and others. The male lead is an undertrial prisoner.
