Days after the release of 'V' on Amazon Prime, Natural Star Nani has thanked his fans and well-wishers for "accepting" the movie. The mystery thriller, directed by Mohanakrishna Indraganti, is his 25th film.
"All along, you all came to theatres to watch me. This time, I came to your homes so you can watch me," he said, referring to the OTT nature of the release. "Although this is the first time that I played a negative role, the audience have accepted me whole-heartedly. I thank everyone for showering so much love on my 25th film. I thank Indraganti garu for reposing faith in me. I also thank my co-stars, Sudheer Babu, Nivetha Thomas and Aditi Rao Hydari," the 'Tuck Jagadish' actor said.
He suggested that he didn't expect the kind of reception.
In another news, Indraganti said that the story of 'V' was written in 2006. The movie has been dubbed into Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam and is streaming on Amazon Prime.
