Sagar aka RK Naidu shot to fame with 'Mogali Rekulu' several years ago. Earlier this year, he was seen in 'Shaadi Mubarak'. After that movie, Sagar has been eyeing the right kind of script. Marking this birthday today, the actor said that he picked '100' because he loved the subject.
"The film came to me when I was hungry for the right script after 'Shaadi Mubarak'. It speaks against the injustice in society and tells us what we can do to mitigate it. I waited for long for a serial like 'Mogali Rekulu'. '100' is something similar that is unfolding in films. I have played a police officer in the movie. It will be remembered for long," Sagar said.
Produced by Sagar himself on RK Media Works, the film is yet to be shot.
"The film was supposed to be produced by Sukumar Productions. Due to some reasons, I took over the project. Director Omkar Sashidhar has done a remarkable job. The regular shoot will begin in September," Sagar said.
As someone who believes in hard work and commitment, Saagar is hoping for the best from '100'.
Besides '100', he is also doing a spy thriller and a family entertainer.
