Vijay Sethupathi's 'Laabam' will be released in theatres on September 9 in both Telugu and Tamil. On Tuesday, director KS Ravindra (Bobby) released its trailer in the presence of writer Kona Venkatesh and producers Y Ravi Shankar, Naveen Yerneni of Mythri Movie Makers.
Speaking on the occasion, Bobby, who will be directing Chiranjeevi's 154th movie, said that Vijay Sethupathi's popularity in the Telugu States has grown after 'Sye Raa' and 'Uppena'. He said that, judging by the trailer, Vijay Sethupathi has been presented in a unique way in the movie.
Starring also Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Sai Dhansika, Kalaiyarasan, Ramesh Thilak, Prudhvirajan, Daniel Annie Pope, Nitish Veera, among others, the film is directed by SP Jaganathan. With the screenplay by N Kalyan Krishnan, its music is by D Imman. Ramji has cranked the camera.
