'Jetty', starring Maanyam Krishna and Nandita Swetha in lead roles, is directed by Subrahmanyam Pitchuka (Subbu). The news is that Nandamuri Balakrishna on Thursday supported the movie by releasing its trailer.
To be released in all major South Indian languages, this one also features Kishore, Mime Gopi, MS Chowdary, Sivaji Raja, Jeeva and Suman Shetty. Produced by Vardhin Productions' Venu Madhav K, the film has music by Karthik Kodakandla. Veeramani has cranked the camera.
A story that takes place between a father-daughter duo, and a group of bad guys, the action drama is set in the backdrop of a fishing harbour. Thanking Balakrishna for releasing the trailer, the producer said that he has lauded the spirit behind the movie. Set in a village, the story talks about the aspirations and dreams of fishermen.
The film's release date will be announced soon.
