The story is set in Jalaripeta, where the fishermen's community lives. Shatru plays Meesala Raju, an arrogant and powerful cop from Vizag whose moustache is cut by someone. Anand Ravi is Koti, while Harish Utthaman is Karuna. Kishori Dhatrak will be seen as Meenakshi. Raja Ravindra is Devudu. Giridhar is playing a Circle Inspector. 'Jabardasth' Immanuel is Muthyam, Indu Kusuma is Sujatha, Prasanna Kumar is Veerabhadram, RK Naidu as Karuna's assistant have other roles.
