'Bangarraju', the Sankranthi blockbuster that was released in theatres on January 14, has locked its post-theatrical OTT release date. The Kalyan Krishna Kurasala directorial will be premiering on ZEE5.
The OTT release date of the movie is February 18. An announcement was made today by the platform.
Starring Akkineni Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya as a grandfather and grandson, respectively, the comedy-fantasy entertainer is produced by Annapurna Studios and ZEE Studios. Announcing the streaming date, ZEE5 has said that it holds the Akkineni family movies in special esteem. "Akkineni Akhil's 'Hello' and Chay's 'Rarandoi Veduka Chuddham', both produced by Annapurna Studios and starring Akkineni heroes, have also been streaming on our platform. 'Loser 2', the successful web series, is produced by Annapurna Studios," ZEE5 today said.
The platform also said that 'Malli Modalaindi', headlined by Sumanth, will stream on ZEE5 from February 11.
